To bring these areas up to meet the needs of city dwellers hungry for private outdoor recreation, a new structure can sprout up from the columns below and hover above the existing roof, providing a safe acoustically separated play ground.

The current roof is barren, aside from mechanical units and bulkheads.

Many of the shareholders in this particular building want to pursue the benefits of thermal therapy, including sauna and cold plunge, such as social interaction and improved health.
